In a bowl, mix the butter, 250 gr of sugar, salt and vanilla sugar until the sugar is well incorporated. In turn, add 4 eggs and mix well with a mixer after each egg. Mix the flour with the baking powder and put it over the butter cream, add the milk and mix for about 4 minutes. Put baking paper in a tray (mine was 39 x26) and pour the dough that we spread evenly. Add the cherries.

We prepare a cream from Crème fraiche, 50 gr sugar and the rest of the eggs that we pour over the cherries, over we add almond flakes.

Put the tray in the preheated oven (180 C) for about 45 minutes.

Leave to cool for 30 minutes after which it can be served with whipped cream and decorated with cherries.
